As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to play a transformative role in medicine, there is an urgent need to integrate ethics into medical education. This paper proposes a curriculum model for teaching ethical AI in medical schools to prepare healthcare professionals for the ethical challenges posed by AI technologies. The proposed model emphasizes inclusive, interdisciplinary education that engages students in understanding AI’s implications on patient care, data privacy, algorithmic bias, and healthcare equity. Drawing from case studies, expert interviews, and literature on AI ethics, this curriculum model incorporates hands-on learning, critical thinking exercises, and collaborative discussions about the societal impact of AI in healthcare.
